The Quail House is an A-Frame cabin with an upstairs loft, which has a queen bed. The loft also has a half bath and a record player with hand picked records straight from our personal collection for your enjoyment.

The living room has a flat screen smart tv with Netflix or any other streaming service that you may have. The house does have wifi and a desk space making it a perfect spot to catch up on some work if needed! We also have tons of board games and books to keep you entertained during your stay.

There is a full kitchen with a 4 person dining area. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, Keurig, olive oil, salt and pepper. It also has a full dish set, pots, pans and all of the essential utensils. The kitchen leads to a large back deck with patio chairs for relaxing.

Other Things to Note:

- The house is located in a lake community on Fredonia Mountain. There are neighbors on all sides of the house but not extremely close. In the winter you can see their homes but it is through the woods.

-We are located in a some what rural area where you might not have any cell reception. We recommend stepping on the front or back porch to get service if needed. We do provide wifi though!

- Our driveway is at a downward slant and has fresh gravel. If you decided to pull in please pull out slow so you do not get stuck. If you do not feel comfortable pulling in, there is plenty of room to park at the top of the driveway.

-We are not only located in the south but we are also in the woods. There will be occasional bugs that might be seen around the house. Please try and leave the doors closed as these bugs love to get in when they are open.

- We do not have a dishwasher. We do provide sponges, dish liquid, and a drying mat if needed!

-We do not have a bathtub! The full bathroom downstairs has a one person stand up shower with a rain shower head.

-We provide a washer and dryer in the cabin but keep in mind the space is only 850 square feet. If you do choose to use them you might be able to hear them in all rooms of the house.

-The stairs leading to the bedroom are not normal stairs. It is not a ladder but are steeper than your average stair case. We have included multiple photos of the stairs in the listing.
